Welcome to a supportive space where your wellbeing is the priority. I am a UK-registered person-centred counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I provide a warm environment where you can explore whatever may be on your mind, whether that’s stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties or a general sense of feeling stuck. My approach is collaborative and centred around you. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your experiences and find a way forward that feels right for you
